On March 5, 2004, Bangladesh intended to issue a stamp commemorating the U/19 Cricket World Cup staged in Bangladesh. Apparently there was missing consent for the usage of the respective ICC (International Cricket Council) logo. Therefore the stamp remained unissued. Only two years later, on July 19, 2006, was the stamp issued, apparently in conjunction with the U/19 World Cup of that year staged in Sri Lanka, after the ICC logo usage approval had been obtained.
