As part of the regional stamp exhibition “Frefil 93” hosted in Frederikstad between 26th and 28th November 1993, a sheetlet, non-valid for franking, was supposed to be issued. The number of planned edited copies was 15.000. Eventually the Norwegian Post denied approval for the issue. However, ahead of the decision a limited number of copies was already given to the public.
