The CSR issued a picture postcard in 1950 honoring Erzsébet Andics, the first woman heading the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The picture footer’s text included the name as “Dr ERZCÉBET ANDICS”, thus erroneously using a “C” instead of “S” in the first name. The card was quickly withdrawn.
