On the occasion of the Olympic Summer Games in Atlanta 1996, Slovenia issued a miniature sheet with 3x2 stamps on June 6, 1996. At the lower center margin of the miniature sheet the Slovenian flag was depicted above the Olympic rings. However, the horizontal stripes of the flag were perpetuated in the wrong order, namely "white-red-blue". Due to the error, a corrected miniature sheet was issued with the correct sequence "white-blue-red".
