A sheetlet commemorating the 150th birthday of Oleksa Novakivsky (1872-1935), modernist painter from Lviv, was issued on March 14, 2022. The sheetlet was withdrawn from sale on May 20, 2022. The reason was the decision of April 4, 2022, to stop printing stamps with face values "V" and "Z". The two denominations, postage for domestic and foreign mail, were also used in Russia. This decision was made in the course of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
