For the week of the fight against tuberculosis, a obligatory tax stamp of 3 Din(ar) was to be issued on September 14, 1992 for the benefit of the Red Cross. For unknown reasons, the stamp did not reach the counters, and instead a 5 Din(ar) obligatory tax stamp with the same image was issued on the day of issue. The stamp was valid for postage until September 21, 1992.
