On June 21, 2006, Great Britain issued 2 stamp sets and one se-tenant commemorating 100 years of WW I (specifically the year 1916). In addition a presentation pack was issued including one of the stamp sets and the se-tenant. The pack also included several folders with information on the war. Within the information the Victoria Cross recipient Alfred Knight (1888-1960) was mentioned. However his first name was erroneously given as “Albert”. The presentation pack was quickly withdrawn and a corrected version issued.
