Taipei '93
On August 16, 1993, St Vincent & Grenadines issued a mini sheet commemorating the International Stamp Exhibition “Taipei '93”. The stamp in the lower left corner was missing the “St.” in the country name. Therefore was the mini sheet withdrawn when the error became known.
